- Returns Eligibility
Most new, unworn, unwashed merchandise can be returned to us for a refund or store credit in within 30 days of delivery. To ensure a successful return, please note that:
- Items must be in original condition
- Tags must remain attached
- Items must contain no signs of wear, stains, or odors.
The following items are ineligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that have been personalized
- Gift cards
- How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please do the following:
- Please log in to your account at smilingfriendsmerchandise.com
- Go to Order History
- Choose which item(s) you want to return
- Fill out the return request form
After you submit your return request, you will receive an email that has instructions and a return authorization number.
- Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the fee of the customer, unless the item was defective, or the wrong item was sent. A trackable shipping service is recommended as we will not be responsible for packages that are lost in the return process.
- Refunds
After we get your returned item, and confirm the conditions for refund eligibility:
Refunds will be processed in 7 business days
Refunds will be processed in the original payment method used
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error
You will be notified by email when your refund is processed.
- Exchanges
You may request for an exchange for a different color or size of the product. Exchanges are processed like returns – follow the steps in “How to Initiate a Return” and then cont your new order for the new item.
- Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive a wrong item or the order is defective, contact our support team free of charge within 14 days of order delivery, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label. You will receive a replacement or a refund free of charge.
